The 39 steps

I took the wife to see a stage production of the 39 steps at the Olympia theatre in Dublin last night (I didn't think it would be possible to stage this) and we enjoyed every minute of it, only four actors but they carried it off beautifully. As one critic put it 'The key question in the 39 steps isn't whodunit, it's how they dunit'. I would recommend it highly if it comes your way, great laughs.

I took a coach party to see it last year -it`s brilliant. If you like that, try the stage play of Brief Encounters (if it`s still on). It`s a smilar style.

Thanks a lot, it may come to Dublin soon a lot of British productions do, we had Agatha Christie's ' The Spider's web ' last year and guess who was in it? Mark Wynter! remember him? the pop singer from the sixties, a good actor now.

Re: The 39 steps

Sounds good! Haven't been to a stage production for years - last time was at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin to see Brendan Behan's "The Quare Fellow". Must watch out to see if the 39 Steps comes to Glasgow!

Many thanks for sharing
