Look who visited Batley today
I went into town earlier today and there were police vans parked all over and i wondered what was going on. I coukdnt find a parking space so decided to go to dads first and go to post office afterwards instead.Spent a good while with Dad then i went back into town to post office and people were lining the roads. I asked what was going on and some said Willuam and Kate were coming.
I decided to go up nearer to where they were to come and I asked this right tall copper " is it true willoam and Kate coming" and he miserably huffed "i dont know" miserable sod he was.
Next news they got out of a car and someone next to me shouted "Kate, William", and they both turned round and i was able to grt this picture.
Awww shes gorgeous even in a mask.
Thats my excitement for the year, I really was like a hiddy kiddy lol.

That was a nice unexpected surprise for you Queenie.Pity you weren't in after all that.
I remember years ago when a friend and I were out in a quiet country lane with out dogs, and a big shiny black car came cruising quietly by, and it was the Queen! And there were were in our old mucky coats and wellies.
I think I've got a picture somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it out.
