Re: Peripheral Nuropoathy.

Managed to get another phone working, and through to GP,they had no knowledge of my A&E visit. So again explained the problem, and they said they would phone back.

2 hours later they got back to me, and i now have my urgent appointment next Friday, long week ahead.

Oh gosh! That's a long time to wait for an urgent appointment! I didn't realize how lucky we are here!
Try to keep safe until then!

Sorry, but I think that is dreadful. If you fall again, I would phone them while you were still on the floor and tell them you can't get up.

Re: Peripheral Nuropoathy.

Nom, is there a neighbour or friend that you can also call if need be?
Me and the floor/ground have had a few meetings over time, and sometimes all that's needed (for me anyways) is a hand up until I get feeling back.

Sorry your GP and the A&E aren't communicating. We have the same problem here. The left hand never knows what the right is doing. You have to yell now to make anything happen.
With today's technology, it should be so easy.
Look after yourself.

Thinking of you Nom, and hope you don't have any falls between now and Friday.
It's not what I'd call and emergency appointment.
