Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

Good morning just, I think we are going to have a mixture of weather today. Have a few things to get from the shops so will have to move my butt.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

Went to take Rob's vehicle for MOT this morning - in brilliant sunshine - and came home in a blizzard! Had really thick snow for about half an hour before lunch and it was settling well. However the sun came out about 2 pm (and Lexi and I went round the field) and quite a lot of the white stuff has gone, thank goodness.

I don't mind it, but when you have places to go and people to see, it's a bit of a nuisance! Collected the little boys from the bus and they were nearly incandescent with excitement and promptly went out and made a snowman! They were disgusted that I didn't have a carrot for his nose (had cut them all up for tea)!

Not a lot of snow, only a couple of inches, but it has frozen on top of it. Like walking on crisps! Lexi is enjoying it though. I hope I make it to the village for Pilates class. I have a 4x4, good on snow, but useless on ice!!

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

We had thunder and lightening last night but not too bad a day earlier . I did go to Mumbles and it was quite nice but now I've got in the wind is blowing up a storm.
I had a bargain, had fancied leather boots in Rowberries but they were £109so I didn't . I really need new ones and loo and behold they were half price so I'm happy
