Re: Day didn't go to plan

LQ my friend, that must have been so frightening and I am so glad you are home again safely.
I do agree with Floydy (above) about seeing your GP at your first opportunity though. Partly to get checked out, and also to make sure that nasty episode is put on your records, just incase it happened again anytime.
In my experience, the hospitals don't always communicate too well with the GP's.

Try and get some quality rest this weekend and see your Doc a.s.a.p.

Keep us posted. x

Didn't go to plan though as unfortunately I've been at hospital in A & E all day since 1pm only just now getting home. I am grateful to have gotten home though as I had terrible chest pains and frightened I was having a heart attack, I am pleased however to report that it wasn't. No idea what caused my chest pain but I'm so glad it wasn't the worst scenario . I was pretty scared I have to admit.

Probably sounds dramatic but I'm really glad I'm posting in here right now, I thought my number might be up! I'm ok but still don't feel 100% and I'm absolutely exhausted, it's certainly taken its toll on me.

I do hope I feel better tomorrow, wish me luck.
"panic attack" maybe?? - just saying?? - after all you are the lion queen?

Go get yourself checked out love

Sorry to read about your frightening experience LQ. I expect they gave you an ECG to rule out heart attack?

What did they say it was?

That must have been really scary, LQ. I hope you take the advice to see your GP as soon as you can, and that you are feeling better today?

Re: Day didn't go to plan

LQ, pains in your chest are frightening, even it they turn out to be nothing serious. If they haven't given you any reason for the pain, you need to see your doctor to find out what caused it.

Of course it could have been indigestion, so did you rush your breakfast or become anxious about something? I understand that many heart attack victims first think it is indigestion, so maybe you had indigestion and thought you were having a heart attack.

Whatever caused it you need to know because, if it happens again, you will need to know how to deal with it!

Oh, and don't worry, because if it is serious or minor, worrying never helps!

Re: Day didn't go to plan

Morning Lion Queen

Hopefully you are feeling better today if only a bit tired from yesterday's events. I assume that the hospital gave you all sorts of tests to rule out heart trouble but it's concerning that they didn't find the cause. I'm sure you will do as Floydy suggests and make an appointment with your doctor.

Big hugs from all of us here today LQ.
