Re: Good morning Wednesday.

Good morning everyone on this lovely spring day .

I awoke to the sound of lambs bleating and birds singing, it doesn't get much better than that.

I need to go to the tip with garden waste this morning then out into the garden for some weeding...

Enjoy your day

Re: Good morning Wednesday.

Good morning everyone.

Rather late this morning, makes a change from being up and awake before the birds lately!

A dry but dull day ahead is forecast, maybe some sun later. I have the lawnmower to get ready for a season of mowing. That will probably be frustrating as the old fuel requires draining, even so it seldom starts easily for the first time after being stored away for winter.

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you may be doing.

Morning all.
All dull and overcast, and a bit chilly here at the mo.

Off into town shortly, Yoga, then pop into B&Q, then over to the tip later.
If I have the energy after that, I need to do many jobs in the garden.

Enjoy whatever you're all doing.

Re: Good morning Wednesday.

Hello Everyone.
This is the first time I have posted on this thread. It,s nice to see what you are all up to today. Sadly I am limited as to what I can and cannot do due to a dicky ticker and old age (91)
I do however go for a short walk in the mornings along our quiet country lane and occasionally slink off into the forest for a walk though I have been told many times I must not go on my own but I love nature and at this time of the year, Spring, the forest is at it,s best.
Most of my time these days is 'wasted' by either reading (I am a bookworm) or reading posts on forums. Why worry? I am quite content with the way things are.
Right now I,m going to make myself another cuppa and have a go at the crossword. As the Americans say. Have a nice day!

Hi Mags,

They are going for Exchange of Contracts on the 15th April, then giving us two weeks after that to organise removals, got to take in consideration of the Easter Holidays as well.

Wow Fred, you're a good ripe old age and still driving as well.

You say you like Vintage things, we have an 1936 Morris Eight - two seater tourer, which we go out on shows with and have won many 1st and 2nd cups.

I often wish I had kept one or two old things like a Churchill tank, but I think something that needs a gallon of petrol just to start and does just two miles per gallon would be a bit too expensive to run.
So I just stick to stamp collecting.

Yes you're right Mags, but can't count my chickens yet, there is still time for someone to pull out at the last minute.
