Good morning Thursday !

Good morning everyone,

Light, bright, and sunny here today.

You will be green with envy when I tell you what I am up today - off to my GPs surgery for a Liver scan. How exciting is that ? Appointment is for 11:30 - and I have to be fasting - which is not good news - I am normally on my tenth cup of tea by then - not to mention toast! Oh heck - I should not have said that - my stomach is not used to running on empty!!

Grey but sort of warm here today so far.

Tabby - hope the scan finds nothing untoward. Get the kettle filled up for later

Some gym work later on the legs, which need pumping up a bit after a two-week lay-off!

Good morning everybody.

I've had six good hours sleep - wish it could have been longer but I woke up so decided to get up.
It's such a lovely day again. Later I'll be walking in the Derbyshire Dales & picnicking in the open air.

In the meantime, now I've said good morning on here, I'm going to curl up on the settee with my favourite book & a cup of hot chocolate.
May even nod off again.

Me too Tabs I hope all is ok with the scan.

After a busy day yesterday after saying I would just potter all day I'm scared to say the same today....but what the heck I'll say it anyway ...nothing planned today so I might just potter

Is it my imagination or are we missing Barry on this thread these days? He used to often be the first here each day...hope he is ok.

Good Morning everyone. Today I go for my cardiac scan. After this procedure I am almost appointment free having been to 2 appointments yesterday.

Tomorrow I see a psychiatric nurse or specialist clinician, not a psychiatrist. This isn't at the hospital but is in a building a mile away from my house, downhill all the way.

Good morning - It's overcast here at present. We were thinking of having a day out if it was sunny. Maybe it will brighten up later.

If not, it'll be more fence building and earth digging for me while Mrs mart stays here absorbed in her craftwork.

It started off cold and cloudy but after my early morning run the clouds have gone and the sun is shining from a clear blue sky.

Have to rush off now to take Mrs Fox for an early appointment at the hospital, I'll drop her off and nip home for some breakfast.....Sorry Tabby...
