Good morning all, clear sky here but chilly at the moment and the forecast is for dry and bright methinks.

Just a trip over to Wickes for some wood this morning before Mum arrives for lunch later, bangers and mash today followed by fresh raspberries from the garden, yum yum...

Good morning all on his beautiful sunny Autumn day.

I trimmed back all the shrubs in the front garden yesterday, it looks so much tidier now. I have yet to remove all the summer bedding plants as they are still looking healthy and I haven’t been able to find any winter pansies in the garden centres to replace them yet.
The local cats would have a field day in my garden if I left it bare!

Expecting a Sainsburys grocery delivery later today, I’m starting to order a few extra things each week as it looks like there may be shortages this winter.

I am waiting for Waitrose to deliver and Openreach to come and repair my dwindling broadband connection...

A day at home, domestic chores and more gardening. I'm happy enough with that.
