Most Stupid Songs/Titles

The one that is currently driving me to partial insanity is the new song called "Daddy I've Fallen For A Monster!" Grrr. It involuntarily comes into my head when I least expect it.

I know there's a thread about which songs annoy you, but this is more to do with song titles, and that's one of them.

For example - going back a long time;

Pickin' a Chicken - can't remember who by
Sugar Bush Come Dance With Me - eh? Alma Cogan
You Should Never Do A Tango With An Eskimo - what's that all about?

Eve Boswell. So it was. Thanks for the reminder. I must admit, the only one of your suggestions was the one by The Wurzels but, would you believe, I once bought an LP of theirs!

There's another modern one which I didn't understand and that was called "Chasing Pavements." Does anybody know the significance of that? 'Tis a mystery to me.

Would you believe there used to be a drain cleaning wagon that sucked the drains and it was called the Purple Sludge Gulper!
