Re: The Assassination Letter (Vote of no confidence for May)

Hi

Even if she wins tonight's vote and remains PM there is no guarantee her proposed agreement will get approved by Parliament.

But at least it would shut up the likes of Johnson, Mogg and all the other numbskulls.

May has won the vote of confidence by 200 to 117. 117 is pretty bad.

I am pleased she has won the vote of confidence. There is enough of a majority there IMO for her to carry on which indicates to me that there must be some who have a bit of sense in parliament. Better than the small referendum majority at any rate.

Re: The Assassination Letter (Vote of no confidence for May)

This all smells like a bit of a set up to me.

Pretence of a lack of confidence in the PM, in order to trigger a confidence vote, presumably knowing full well she would win the vote.

That done no-one can touch her for another 12 months!

Nicely done !

So now she can extend Article 50 and continue this utter BS betrayal for another 12 months and she can't be voted out.

This is the kind of skulduggery these EU stooges have been doing for the past 40 years.

He's certainly different. Many in the party seem to openly loathe him. One MP has just been on tv accusing him of being churlish. So I think if there was a leadership contest he would lose because he is so unpopular among colleagues.
