The 'Daily Wail' does not allow those of us like myself who use AdBlocker to read their soap news.For this reason I searched this out and found the links below, with I guess a similar story.

I refuse to be blackmailed into this so now give this publication the elbow unless it's a link on OFF, then I often take a chance but usually no luck. Before online newspapers I bought this newspaper for decades as it carried many job vacancies for the printing trade. Now though the AdBlocker (free version) on my Mac laptop stays firmly on. This is the same for any publication or other website that pulls this stunt.

I don't watch either Corrie or Emmerdale, but I do watch Eastenders & they aren't filming either, they've put their episodes on only for two nights, half an hour each a week so as to run it longer.
I do wonder what all the actors will do to keep themselves busy now everyone is in lock down & how they are managing for money. I don't think any get paid a vast amount.
