Barnier Demands a Veto on UK Laws

Barnier now realises the potential of the UK outside of the trappings of the EU.

The blustering and unelected apology for a brainiac has realised far too late; they all should have listened to Cameron when he asked for far less.

Yep.

The EU are panicking they never expected the UK to stand its ground. Next week will be interesting... will Barnier get sidelined ? This will be the time to do it if they want a deal.

They're just showing in front of the whole world just how nasty they are and how incompetent they are at trade deals.

Britain holding firm shows just how much of an upper hand we have in these negotiations.

The problem as I see it is more than just fishing when it comes to our territorial waters. The United States of Europe can never be completed in the same way the USA is, because the EU no longer has its own managed fisheries like the USA has. This leaves a massive void in the EU project !

The second thing is that the EU now has a neighbour that can now out-compete it, slowing its progress and threatening its ideology indefinitely.

Yes l was just reading that report Bread, what an arrogant prick??
I see from that also that he came over to London to see Frosty
about this, pparently he got short shrift !!
Funny thing is l saw no media coverage of his visit, normally there
would have been some sort of media statement etc ??
Maybe l missed it?
Did you know he had popped over here??
Seems like hes ashamed to be seen as grovelling??
Frosty is the best thing since sliced bread was invented imo and he
should be left alone to complete the job ??
He should also be the one to do the signing if there is any signing
to do too !!

Donkeyman! 👍😂😂👍

I know he was in Ireland this week posturing about fisheries etc and getting nowhere.

I have a feeling that the UK will pull the Irish border protocol and call the EUs bluff on the border issues.
