Sorry Mollie, I only ever use three acronyms:-

FWIW which Meg has given you

IIRC = If I remember correctly

And the third is made up of expletives which I won't give and I don't ever use on OFF so there's no need

There is a school of thought that says acronyms should never be used with out spelling them out in full (on first use) which if they are to be repeated I do try to do.

A happy and peaceful New Year to you and your family as well Losos. 2012 does look gloomy, but got to keep a bit of hope that something good will happen during the year to cheer us up!

Apart from the stupid unions causing more greif for the British people with their idiotic ideas I think the Euro will be the centre of attraction with a possible collapse, France will have its credit rating dropped America will find another place to go to war against, Iran posibly, and Labour will dispose of its leader.

On the bright side, the sun will shine more times than it doesnt, Rain will create more boating lakes for the kids and Father Christmas will use and electrical powered car to deliver his pressies.

Oh! yes one other thing, Bob will need new batteries in his camera with all the pictures he will take.

Graham, based on the accuracy of the previous heaven only knows how many predictions I think I would be inclined to hang on to them
