Thank you all for your good wishes, really appreciated. We have always eaten out on the evening of my birthday but decided to do lunch today instead and it was a real treat. I’ve had a slightly better day health wise but can’t get over this sleepiness and fatigue. Anyway family coming round this evening, so must pull my socks up lol!
