Snag is, now that we are aware of our place in politics, we can seek revenge in the oncoming elections.

The Lobbyists have a little less influence there!

Maybe you get to Govern without our votes?

In this environment, nothing would surprise me.
In the end all parties in the parliament are expected to make choices in the best interest of the country as a whole. Their way to reach that best interest is open to debate, but given that they all have the same factual evidence to start with, they should be able to reach the common ground and a solution. Brexit seems to be an exception from the beginning. Perhaps the different levels of factual evidence of remainers and leavers is at the root of the discourse?

It would be nice if that were true, and perhaps many people think that but increasingly the electorate can see that we are being led by a bunch of self serving sanctimonious hypocrites who only care about themselves.

Certainly, all the evidence points that way. This has become especially clear since the Brexit referendum.

Good for you.

Ask him when he's going to get his Brexit party off the ground, and ask him whether he'll be fielding a candidate in the Cheadle Borough constituency.

Since any brexit party will be superfluous, ask him to run for mep. The elections will be in may.
