Window cleaning.

It's always been a chore I've hated.
I use one of those rubber blades on a handle and a damp microfiber clothe to finish off round the edges..

I would love to find an easier way.
How do you do yours?

Re: Window cleaning.

I use a good quality wash leather, warm water and vinegar.
I have tried many things over the years and always come back to this.

My neighbour bought a steam window cleaner and says she still has to clean all the corners with a wash leather.

Re: Window cleaning.

IMO the way you are doing it is best, we use a proper rubber window squeegee and microfibre cloth to finish. Have a fleecy squeegee thing to put the dilute washing up liquid onto the windows and give a bit of a scrub. Even do the big mirrors and glass panels in our doors the same way.

Re: Window cleaning.

I avoid the streaks and tricky corners by not doing them very often and then persuading the outside window cleaner to take pity on me..
