I can only assume that the seed it must have grown from came from the horse manure that was mixed in with the potting compost so if that were the case it would narrow down the possibilities somewhat.

I agree, its not an African Violet. I have got about 10 of them and they're not like those leaves at all.

Our neighbours across the bridge spell it that way but we have a "c" stuck in there. Anyway, it was appreciated.
