I'll be no trouble on the roads for a week or so. The hospital has told Mrs mart to shield prior to hospital treatment. I reckon this means I should do it too.

Mrs mart has been wheelchair-bound for many years and won't get any better. The hospital next week is for pain control via steroid injections into the top and bottom of her spine. It's done every 3 months usually. The injections were due in March but got cancelled. The hospital has said the injections can now be done but we must be careful not to take the virus there.

Best of luck Mart for Mrs Mart with the treatment and hope they keep you both safe from the virus. It's great that she will have some relief finally.

I remember horses being really freaked out when I used to cycle on the minor country roads. It wasn't exactly a regular occurrence but it did happen. After one young lady was nearly thrown I'd make a point of dismounting if I saw any equestrians.
I'm not sure if it was the sight of the bike or me that was so disturbing.
