Because of Jimmy Saville, people feel able to speak up - in this case Heath is no longer with us, so I thought the same - why now, but - it also gives more strength to the ongoing investigation into Parliament and the paedophiles amongst them - so if it shakes things up, its a good thingBeware - you will be found out !

My feeling is that if it really happened they should have the guts to act while the person is still alive - not wait until they are dead and unable to answer the charges/face the consequences.
Band wagons and Money grabbing come to mind.

so there's your answer the man did make a complaint when Heath was alive, but it was covered up
