It's a fine balance, on those programmes in general, the reckless driving does not occur until the Chase begins. The suspect or known felony should justify the risk to the general public.

Looking at the video footage of the crash and at the way the car was being driven, anyone driving on the correct side of the road would have been wiped out by the BMW before it hit the tree.

Not normal driving but more of 'my BMW is faster than your police car' mentality

Wonder where a 21 year old got the money as stated by his father, to buy a" brand new" BMW, which must of cost a small fortune. Curious really.
