p.s. Patsy, yes people still do have Euro parties.
They get dressed up and have a booze up.
Never been to one myself. I have normal friends

My daughter (48) and her mates of similar age have one each year Tuppy, not on Eurovision night though, they all dress up and imitate previous singers who won it, they take turns in who's house it'll be held and the husbands are dragged along whether they like it or not. They all have great fun and they look forward to it every year. Any excuse for a booze up I suppose.
