Hi Carol....I will attach a link with the latest updates on travel and exercise...However it only states to stay local do not leave your area and you should not confuse a leisure activity with exercise as per the guidance.....ie if you need to walk to maintain mobility or other health reasons as oppose to going on a ramble for pleasure....Hope that helps Mick https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
It has to depend on the definition of "local"!
Carol - I think you should do whatever you're comfortable with.............and enjoy!

Yes I agree with this.....Neither of you have got covid, and even if one of you has, it's virtually impossible to catch it or spread it to each other outside, providing you don't share a car and maintain the 2 metre personal space rules.

Re: Lockdown confusion.

Never been in Lockdown, the Wife Daughter and Son work directly in the NHS, and I deliver prescriptions so, any status has no meaning.

She does!

I'm assuming that, unfortunately, I am within the same bubble. That would mean that Marge's mother is free to come to our house - with me here!

hahaha, now it's clicked as to what could happen because both you and her mother are in the same bubble

Re: Lockdown confusion.

Chris & I have decided not to go walking for the present time. Nobody really is sure of the rules regarding taking the car to scenic place for the purpose of a leisurely ramble so better safe than sorry.

I have 2 daughters & a son living nearby. They will come a walk with me if I ask them - which I'm going to.

Hi

That was spot on with the original Covid, the new one is far more contageous.

You need a much lower viral load to become infected.

We are simply being lied to by the Politicians.
