Anarchy is:
1.a state of disorder due to absence or non-recognition of authority or other controlling systems.
2.absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual, regarded as a political ideal.
Neither of those situations apply here.
Leavers are pushing for "No Deal" because it is the only real way we will ever get to leave the EU.
Leaving with "No Deal" is ENTIRELY WITHIN THE BOUNDS of our EU agreements. They state categorically that we can either Leave WITH an agreed Withdrawal Deal or that we just Leave.
There is literally nothing anarchic about leaving with No Deal. It is a simple contractual option that we have.
If we do go that route then there still exists a government, there still exists order. It's just that the EU will no longer be master of that order or government. So again, no anarchy involved.
If the government chooses to side step the democratic process of this country, if it chooses to ignore the result of the referendum, then that has severe consequences for everyone. It means that our political system is broken beyond measure, that the democratic process has been cast aside and that we have a dictatorship in place.
Our democracy allows us to vote in political parties and we must then trust that they will undertake their duties for the benefit of the country and its people via its respective policies.
Our voting a party into power DOES NOT give that party the authority to act against the democratic process of this country. Neither does it give them authority to cast aside the Declaration Of Rights, the Bill Of Rights, the Magna Carta and/or Common Law.
Politicians that HAVE cast aside those constitutional elements must be taken to task for what they have done and put on trial imo. The UK could never have been moved over to the EU without a number of people being guilty of the above.
The Declaration Of Rights clearly states that:
"no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm"
These constitutional rights also include:
• The right to bear arms
• The right to petition the Sovereign
• That free men cannot be imprisoned without cause
• That Government cannot arrest any man because he disagrees with the Government’s policies
• That Habeas corpus is not to be denied
• That Government will not impose martial law during peacetime
and other things
We are now in a situation where these fundamental rights are at risk. The EU wishes to implement Corpus Juris in place of Habeus Corpus. We do not have the right to bear arms to protect ourselves in an increasingly violent world which our police forces can not effectively contain. We are increasingly heading for a situation where freedom of speech is put in shackles, being told what we can and can not say.
What then is a nation supposed to do in the face of such blatant abuse of power, in the face of our fundamental rights being stripped away, in the face of democracy being utterly ignored in place of dictatorial actions?
It is entirely reasonable to suppose and expect that a large number of people will take actions of all kinds to both protest and attempt to change that situation. Clearly the political process has failed to provide the protections the citizens need to preserve their rights and freedoms. Thus that political system can not be used to rectify it. A completely new process will be required.
