Re: The SNP

SNP tends to vote with Labour anyway so don't see that it will make much difference. The stuff about "balance of power" is just scaremongering IMO.

Nicola Sturgeon is astute, articulate, confident and, reputedly, ruthless; she'll go far whatever happens.

Re: The SNP

I do think both the SNP and Ukip are making the established threesome look over there shoulders somewhat. Doubt some of the policys announced by the gruesome threesome would ever have been on their manifestos otherwise.

Now, that's a possibility worth giving 'thought to' .....

Re: The SNP

If SNP supporters really want the Tories out, they should vote Labour, then tackle the Labour leader.
I am finding it very hard to believe anything anyone says, they can't answer a question with a simple NO or YES, they go off on a tangent trying to confuse us, which they have done.
It is a simple fact that if you want to get rid of the Tories you only have one possible place to put your X it is with the Labour party.
No good whatsoever voting for a minority party, they certainly will not do anything to help you.
Careful where you put your cross, and I hope you get all you wish for.

When I voted that was exactly my reasoning in the end !

Re: The SNP

I agree with Nicola on your link - if its a minority Government, the question to Ed should have been, who are you going to choose to join you then .....?

Problem might but not in the UK parliament as she is not standing for election to it.

I agree with you Anzac and I wish her every success in the election over there.
