Food on sale in Lisbon -Sept/Oct 18
Regarded as the best Chicken, for stews, casseroles: Galinha.The signs of egg production is a sign of them being young & healthy but not as young as a frango which is for BBQing, and tastier than a frango.
Rabbits .... interesting that they skin the heads, obviously all goes in the stew.
Two types of pumpkin.
and erm ... fish.
