Not a sympathy thread...just a very simple thank you.

To all those that have helped me through some very hard times caring for my mum.

My dear Mum passed away last night.

Thats very sad , from what i read your mum went through a lot and it must have been painful for you to be witness to it.

Terry (hugsxx) I am so sorry to hear about your Mum.
No matter what age or how ill someone is the final day even when expected always comes as a nasty and painful shock .

Even for those who don't have a particular interest in Christmas, losing someone at Christmas time has a particular poignancy because of past memories I guess.

Give your little a dog a big hug and don't be afraid to cry...
