"Gatsby" not as good as the original, modern music spoiled it and Leonardo saying "old sport" was awkward.

Saw both "Philomena" and "Le Weekend" recently and can recommend them both. Judy Dench was wonderful and deserves an award for Philomena, and Jim Broadbent and Lindsay Davis were just marvellous in Le Weekend about a 30-year married couple going back to Paris for their anniversary where they honeymooned.

I read recently that Dench is making a sequel to The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.

Treated myself to "Gravity" dvd today, I heard some of the music from it on Breakfast, it was wonderful, so I'm watching it tonight, hope it was worth the Oscars. My daughter, said, "I thought you said it would be the worst thing that could happen, floating in space with no way of getting back! Why do you want to watch it!" I pointed out that it's happening to someone else, so it's okay!
