I also come onto the forum Sweep if I need someone to chat to.

I have talked and shared more on here over the last year than I ever did talking to a shrink.

I prattle away online but mostly I talk to myself-I`m the only one who understands my highs and lows and my very quirky sense of humour

Depends - the people in here are good listeners and between them all there is a wealth of experience which means they are able to offer a sense of humour, good advice when needed, a shoulder to cry on, a sounding board to rant at, and big hugs when all else fails - so here would be my first port of call.

If I needed a more urgent response then I would telephone a friend.

Here is good but I´m quite a private person, not good at sharing my problems with others, however there is someone I can rant and rave at, she lives on the other side of a mirror.

Yes I come on here first, and try to elicit some sympathy from whoever's online. Failing that, I pop over to the allotment, see who's there.

I shared a worry of mine on a Private forum yesterday ,it helped me to just talk about it ..If its just a natter then i come on here ..
