I think some people have been practicing......But - some people pick up physical stuff quicker than others. When I was teaching riding, some people just seemed to know instinctively how to sit. Usually those with no worries about what they looked like and a good physique - like young men. So I think Matt Baker has a head start.

I was in fits of laughter watching Ann and Anton 'dancing' the Salsa this evening, both of them are such great sports!Ann is the only person I've ever seen who has managed to make Craig laugh while criticizing them.
Although they came bottom of the table, somehow I don't think the public will want to vote them off in the votes show.
I think the couple who will leave could be either Peter Shilton or Paul Daniels...

Paul Daniels was awful and seemed gutted at the judges remarks!
