It depends on what the person is thanking me for.

One "you're so welcome" doesn't fit all.

Never mind, the part where I can't resist throwing in a bit of eye contact and the quirk of the eyebrow to let them know I added "any time" without saying it aloud.

You're welcome or you're most welcome. I've noticed that South Africans say "it's my pleasure" or "it's a pleasure" which I think sounds really nice but I would feel silly saying it myself as it's rarely used in the UK.

I can say any of the above depending on the situ and who I'm talking to.

Also, I quite often just smile. And quite often find myself saying thank you with slight emphasis on the you, because people are quite often saying thank you for no real reason, just a niceties as there's not much else to say to round off the intercourse.
