I did as asked and after shaking my head vigorously I found jelly and custard on the carpet and cream in my hair ... concerned now for my own safety I called advice line only to be told I’m a trifle deaf

A sort of grinding noise & it hurt my neck, I wear a silver pendant with a bear on it so it jangled also.

More like a squishy noise now. Maybe my ears need syringing.
