I have just read the story of the Green Dragon, quite a moving story by Karen Hurd the nutritionist about her daughter poisoning.
It helps us understand what the folks in Syria can expect.

A very interesting story Wrinkly. I'm firmly convinced that nutrition is of VITAL importance.......and I don't mean fads, just plenty of a variety of fruit and vegetables.
