I do understand Julie but here that would get you a very large fine, dogs are not allowed to be in the front of cars.

I understand that just don't understand why a blanket ban, some dogs I can understand would be a problem but others aren't. Always seem to throw the baby out with the bath water when they ban things.

I guess they work on the same principle as babies and young children, they too must be restrained in the back of a vehicle.
