Re: Should Animals be Used for Research ?

Hi

We have now developed a Gel to assess Gunshot wounds, no need for any more live testing for that.

As for chemical attacks, the pigs can be anaesthetised first, no pain.

Rats, we we need to know the LD50, so a rat or a Human, no choice in my view.

I would also point out that many of us would not be alive now if medicines had not been tested.

I could not give a stuff about Cosmetic products, that is vanity not necessity, should not be tested at all on animals.

Sorry Puddle,

Still don't believe it. My knowledge of ballistics is fairly sound and there is something fundamentally wrong there, or a huge exaggeration.

Re: Should Animals be Used for Research ?

Hi

I have a very simple view of life.

Those who we send into danger deserve the best protection we can give them.

If it were not for them, we would not have the freedom to post.

How many of you would put your lives on the line to protect this right, knowing that you have not not got the best possible protection available?
