The BHA has cleared the way for horses from the stable of suspended trainer Gordon Elliott to run at the Cheltenham Festival.

Wrong decision. Should be banned from racing permanently, banned from any involvement with any equine.

Absolutely no defence for his indefensible behaviour. No link posted too disgusting.

I read that story, and this bit too about him being suspended for 6 months only. What a joke. He claimed it was an unthinking act - did you see the pic? Of him joking around doing the peace sign. Abhorrent piece of......whatever. But still, look at Frankie Dettori - ardent drug user, gets off with everything as he is everyone's darling. I feel like I'm ranting, but the whole mess just leaves me breathless with anger.

Cynical but true. The ITV racing team last Saturday concerned that he had strong support to get him through this.

Condoning what he did imo. Pathetic excuses from them and him as some horses have been, quite sensibly, taken out of the yard.
