It sounds as thought the new league has been and gone .

My Dad was a great football supporter, he kept hand written records of games and charts on everything . He hated the way money entered the game to such a large degree. He would have been horrified at the prospect of this 'Super League'.

My sister hasn't been able to speak to her husband since it was announced he is in such a mood.

Well wouldn't you know it. Apparently, it's all down to Brexit that the `Super league` idea fell flat. Nothing to do with fans revolting over the idea thus killing the millions in profit that the organisers would make of course.

Bloody hell, l just looked up Gareth Bale on Google ???
Guess what, real Madrid just got rid of him but are obliged to
keep paying him the bulk of his £600,000 WEEKLY wages with his
new club( spurs) Paying him the rest, which is£220,000 !!!
Despite him now playing for another club ???
