Re: Could you live without your mobile phone?

Yes I probably could, as I only use it on a Saturday when i'm out shopping in case of emergency.

Before I got it I kept saying I never needed it and now it hardly ever leaves my hand.

Still working on figuring out all the features though.

Could you live without your mobile phone?

Yes - it is a non-essential - for emergency use only.

That's quite unusual these days, even for the older demographic.

Re: Could you live without your mobile phone?

I could do without my mobile phone. I frequently forget to charge it. I also don't always hear it when it's in my bag. It drives my children crazy, but I don't always want to talk to them when I am busy. Every now and then I have to remember to look at it. I could not do without my laptop and get the majority of my e-mails and everything I need from there.

Make a couple of calls a month just to avoid being struck off. Zero dependency - Boy Scout training ?

Re: Could you live without your mobile phone?

I rarely use my mobile phone, I take it out with me in case of emergency. I use my iPad for messaging my family and friends, don't give my mobile number to anyone else.

Re: Could you live without your mobile phone?

So are Fosse and Dave H, jazzi and I the only total dependants?

I must point out I haven't adopted the screen-stare stooping walk yet...
Nor the zombie glazed-eye look when I look up to encounter real life scenarios...
