Jazzi, My sister was the same as you but now she loves them. I think she will only eat them if they are finely cut.
She won’t eat garlic at all, and heaves if she smells it, do you?

I made some more beef and vegetables pasties tonight. I’m not so pleased with my pastry this time but...
Here’s a pic... They look more like pieces of cod in the chippy!

Art, if you don't mind me saying, use bread flour, it holds together a lot better

Missy, l don’t mind you saying at all. I am glad you gave me the advice.
I would never have thought of using bread flour for pastry. I have a bag of it in the cupboard that l could’ve used.
