Did anyone buy a Daily Mail yesterday (Saturday)

If so, did it have the usual Weekend magazine inside? Mrs LD bought one from our local shop and they told her there was no magazine this weekend, despite the fact that it was still the same price. Were they trying it on I wonder?

Longy, Do you mean the really good television guide they include on Saturday?
That’s a swizz, if it wasn’t included.

Thanks for the replies all. Sounds like we were diddled then. I had the feeling we were. The shop owners are new to the area and possible the UK . they still have Mother's day cards in the window so I don't think they have quite got the hang of it.

Perhaps it was just as well we didn't get one then.

I am finding at the moment, that half the programmes that come on aren't what was advertised anyway.

Re: Did anyone buy a Daily Mail yesterday (Saturday)

In today's Mail on Sunday, the separate Event magazine is missing. It has been incorporated into the paper itself. They say on page two, that it will return when things are back to normal. I did get my Saturday Weekend mag, but as been said, programmes are changed quite a few times.
