100 firefighters battle fire at London block of flats

Firefighters are currently fighting a large fire in a block of flats in London.

Apparently, it's in Barking, East London, and all six floors are ablaze.
I hope to God no-one is in there, it looks terrible.

Wrong yet again !!! - this is becoming monotonous. This particular block of flats were 'privately' owned !!!

A spokesman for the L&Q Group, which oversaw the regeneration project in east London, said: "This property was built by a private company and is now owned by a private landlord. As we have a large presence in the area, we have arranged for staff to open up our local office so we can assist residents."

I understand that nobody was injured this time, a blooming miracle. What caused the fire? has anyone heard?

Here's the video and report on Huffington Post Roxy darlin' - it looks absolutely horrendous. As you say, luckily no-one was killed or injured.
