Aromatherapy and Natural Products

anyone here like to use essential oils?

I use them quite a lot. I add certain ones to a little pot of basic, unperfumed cream.
In winter I put some cypress cream on my little pins to keep chilblains at bay and it works.

I put lavender on my pillow or on a hankie held close to me face if I'm having trouble sleeping and I always take a tiny pot of tea tree oil with me when I go on holiday as a general 'antispetic'/good thing for putting on poorly places when diluted

I like herbal or "natural" products and use essential oils, mostly for burning.

Best handcream I have ever had is an Italian natural olive oil one a friend bought back from Italy last year. Wonderful!

I love the smell of natural oils - MUCH better than all these chemical perfumes and deodorants that people wear these days, I find those so suffocating!

I agree Azz! The worst offender in women's perfume IMO is Rive Gauche - dreadful.

Love burning essential oils-find them so relaxing especially lavender--just thought maybe thats what causes me to have a catnap after dinner......
