Well I didn't do my renewal online Jimmy, I went to the post office and she only wanted to see my insurance. That was in July this year.

Thanks for replies and apologies for not replying sooner.

I'm relieved to know that I'm not driving illegally; but following on from other things said, I didn't know an MoT certificate didn't need to be produced on re-taxation, which I did at the end of August, but wasn't told at the post office that I didn't need it.

Anyway, a happy ending to that. Me old green licence is still good until I turn 70, which is what I believed to be the case in the first place.
