Re: And now back to bed.

Let me wish all those in pain a speedy recovery. I have moved from bleeding hurts to `uncomfortable` Yesterday was no fun-on the pain scale it ranked 3rd. 2nd would be accute appendicits and top of them all a kidney stone-that did hurt.

Hope it soon gets 'comfortable' for you - it sure is a pain in the neck !

Maybe some hugs will help you though?
Consider them sent.

Such a great picture - thanks very much xx

I lay on my side and that's where the hip pain is, each side. Can't lay on my back or stomach, so I have no choice but to take pain killers.

Hope those of you in pain feel better soon. Suffering during the night is no fun.
Same problem here gal and you want to get to bed to get away from it all in sleep and what happens, you cant sleep and end up having to get up, what a long and painful day it is when that happens. In the end you could sleep on a rope then - you get a good sleep

Blimey, we must all be up and around at the same time. I just can't sleep lately, no pain or anything but can't get off and when I do manage to I wake very early, so tired...
I hope we ALL manage to have a good nights sleep tonight.

I hope so, too! How people manage on just a couple of hours is beyond me.

And as for this present trend of cutting down your sleeping hours to spend more time at work, with the saying 'sleep is for wimps', that's fine if you want to burn yourself out quicker! Don't these idiots realise what they're doing to their bodies and brains? Sleep helps the body to heal, and relaxes the brain.

Re: And now back to bed.

If not, try a warm wheat bag, that is nice and soothing. Failing that, find a friendly chiropractor just incase you have something misaligned. I've suffered with my neck for years, and a bit of manipulation always sorts it out - till the next time. I'd sooner do that than live on pills.
