It gets a bit awkward when your other half is the opposite to yourself. I'm a natural "loner" - never happier than when on my own or with my dogs (which is odd when my whole career has been about being "social"). A party is my idea of hell. My wife, on the other hand is a party animal - she loves socialising and meeting people. We seem to cope with our differences pretty well though - I just put on my "work" face at social gatherings and treat is as a job I've got to do.
