Morning all, nice start here today and a decent forecast, so may spend a couple of hours spreading compost onto my veg beds.

Good morning fellow members and a sunny morning again which should help the floods to go down.

I am off to help my DIL get the village hall ready for the twins birthday party which starts at 11am. I understand there is to be a magician which should be fun.

We're going up there again this May Barry. We're spending 3 nights at Threshfield followed by 3 nights in a village a couple of miles out of Whitby.

Good morning everyone. Love Whitby that was where I had my first holiday when I was 10.
Hope everyone has a nice day. Weather here is bright and sunny. Better not shout that too loud.
Only two weeks and one of my Granddaugthers is coming to stay for a week with me. My son is bringing her over and going back the next day and I will be taking her back to France on the following Saturday. So I can see baby Catherine. She is 4 months already. Time flies.
Going into town today to Debenhams and might go to the bingo. Oh I should say definitely going to the bingo

Happy Saturday everyone

Gorgeous picture of Whitby Alan - I have climbed the steps up to the Abbey (120 I think) many times - I'm not sure if that's possible these days due to coastal erosion ? Or have they solved the problem ? Something for CC to check out on her visit
