Actually my dentist has just retired, I've been with him for over 30 years and really felt really at ease with him. Now my next appointment in June will be with his replacement who I've yet to meet .....I'm not looking forward to that at all!

My dentist recently retired but her Daughter is now my dentist and she is just as good as her mum. Its a family practice and I have been with them for years. You get used to one person don't you, but hopefully his replacement will be just as good. Problem these days is if you are not comfortable with your dentist you can't go anywhere else as no other practices are taking new patients-well at least where I am they're not.
I know they have to start somewhere but at my age I prefer someone with a bit more experience!
