Easiest to give up would be cleaning/tidying up.

Hardest to give up would be listening to music.

Best analogy I can think of for that is, when you had a cigarette, and wanted a bit of a kick, you would have a third generation roll up, or, a Capstan Full Strength, which sometimes made you feel sick, so you would not partake in another one for a few hours. A smooth Single Malt Scotch, is like a mild Cigarette, no kick so, it's easier to have another, which, long term is not good.
