Re: Do you still wear a wrist watch

I stopped wearing them years ago, I always seem to break them. Don't know how, or why, but they just stop working .

Yes, never take it off except to change the battery every couple of years.

Watches irritate me when they keep falling down my wrist. I wear one for odd occasions only and this is similar to mine:

Re: Do you still wear a wrist watch

Haven't worn a watch in years

I cant. wear them in work and I never think to put one on just to go out when I have my phone in my pocket

One watch I have I absolutely adore, wasn't cheap and I kept on saying how much I loved it till he got the hint and got me it for a birthday pressie, and it only sees the light of day when Im having a tidy up. Thing is its so tiny I cant see the hands clearly anymore lol

Why can't you wear one in work?

Missy builds time machines for the masses and wearing a watch gets her mighty confused

For years I worked in a kitchen, no jewellery , watches etc allowed

Now I work in vegetable processing, very wet area. No point in having a watch on when you are up to your elbows in water and hose pipes are in use constantly
