How often do you shower/bathe?

I'll admit to missing the odd day if I'm at home and not doing anything.

Every single day, can't go around smelling.

I don’t shower every day, either. I don’t smell, or get dirty. I do change clothes, definitely.

Very much depends on several things, week days shower morning and evening. Weekends mornings. But if it's hot sweaty weather I might have another early afternoon or before work.

Monday am, shower
Monday evening, shower after swim
Tuesday am, wash & straighten hair
Tuesday eveming, shower after swim
Wednesday am, wash and straighten hair
Wednesday evening, shower after swim
Thhursday am, wash and straighten hair
Friday am, shower
Saturday/Sunday, shower after lunchtime or morning swim
Then I start over

In the holidays it will depend what I'm doing
and who I'm meeting
But yes I may go longer than a day sometimes
But I always ar least wash and apply anti-perspirant

Rhian, that sounds a lot of bother...but I bet you look and smell great.

I've just had a bath and put on clean clothes and feel so much better.

My medication means I sweat a lot, I do not shower, but bathe twice a day.
