One boiled egg, three slices of cucumber, three cherry tomatoes and a tablespoon of couslaw.

Removed a joint of beef from my freezer l;ast night - not sure whether to do a 'Roast beef' lunch or fill my cauldron with beef stew and dumplings.

Have four coming for lunch today. We're having Glazed Gammon (Nigella Lawson's Gammon in Coca Cola recipe) as it is so easy and foolproof to cook, followed by Fruit Crumble and Custard. That will be my lot on cooking for the day.

Excellled myself today - made another stew, but added some Black pudding & more Chorizo to it as well - have a huge pot of it, so will be munching oon this for the next couple of days.

Lasagne, Sainsbury's ready meal, about the only ready meal I like apart from Tesco Chilli which seems to have vanished from the shelves.
